We provide one-on-one personal guidance for clients facing a range of challenges in the areas of health, relationships and career.

What is it anyway?
The Phoenix coaching is a process of guided self-change. After a thorough analysis of your situation, I will tailor a proceedure to exactly what you need. You tell me where you’re having trouble, and how you want to be instead. I help you to discover and resolve the cause of the problem and guide you towards the specific results you want. We utilise a combination of NLP, time-line therapy and hypnosis to get fast and lasting results.

What is NLP?
Neuro Linguistic Programming is about what works... that is what works for you, to give you the tools you need to create excellence in your behaviour and sucess in your life. It is a discipline modelled on the techniques of the greatest therapists in the world. John Grinder and Richard Bandler developed NLP in the early 1970's after breaking down the techniques of the Fritz Perls, Virginia Satir and Milton Erickson. By modelling the behaviours of these people Bandler and Grinder discovered a way to easily code and understand what goes on inside an individual that creates excellence, and thus how to create excellence in anyone.

What is Time Line Therapy™?
Time Line Therapy is a beautiful technique that allows you to easily and peacefully release negative emotions like anger, sadness, fear, guilt and hurt, allowing you to feel true happiness. You can also delete limiting beliefs like: "I'm not good enough.", "I can't do X.", or "I'll never be rich/ happy/ thin/ etc." These beliefs are transformed into empowering beliefs that help you to move forward and easily achieve your goals.

What is hypnosis?
Hypnosis is a naturally occuring state of relaxation and focussed alertness. In a session it is a tool used to help you to overcome unconsicous limitations, embed positive learnings and beliefs and install new, good habits. You are still totally in control and will feel relaxed and rejuvenated when you awake. You may be surprised at how much you enjoy hypnosis!

So what actually happens in a session?
In a session you will be guided through specific questions, suggestions and visualisations to help you resolve your challenges and problems. Some people have said that the techniques are like a guided meditation and that it is both powerful and peaceful. You can also see, feel, hear and test the results right then and there.
